At Integrity Fitness, our mission is to empower women to live stronger, healthier, and more vibrant lives through an expertly designed, sustainable fitness approach. Strength training is at the heart of everything we do because we believe it is the cornerstone of physical and mental resilience. By prioritizing muscle development, functional movement, and recovery, we help women achieve lasting health, confidence, and vitality.

Now we’re taking all that information to make 2025 a year of even greater success. Our clients have placed their trust in our expertise to lead the way, and we’re ready to deliver a schedule that’s more balanced, effective, and engaging than ever before.
The Vision
After 40 years of training myself and 30 years as a professional coach, I’ve learned a lot about what works and what doesn’t. I asked myself: If I could go back and teach my 40- year-old self how to train perfectly, what would I include in the program? The answer is a well-balanced strength training system that emphasizes heavy lifts, moderate to high- moderate intensity, and recovery.
Built on Purpose, Backed by Experience
Recovery is key. Without proper rest and recovery each week, long term harm is inevitable. Overtraining leads to injury, painful joints, and eventually burnout. If you’re not eating to fuel your body and refueling properly, you risk losing muscle and weakening your metabolism.
I’ve seen countless people push their limits mentally without proper balance, resulting in setbacks. I wanted to create a program that works whether you train three or six days a week.
Designed for Women in Their 40s, 50s, and Beyond
Our program helps you build muscle, boost metabolism, and stay mobile with a focus on strength, core, and recovery. It is made for women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who want to feel strong without risking injury.
It works around common challenges like time, injuries, and lack of experience. I am grateful for our community and excited to create fun and effective workouts made for women’s bodies. This is a simple and smart path to long term fitness.
