This total-body session integrates compound lifts, metabolic circuits, and strategic intensity to push your limits and set the tone for the week.
TUESDAY
Strength & Tone Sculpt
Focus on: Precision strength, Total-body toning, Upper-body sculpting , Functional movement.
Expect controlled, deliberate strength movements, enhanced joint mobility, and muscle- defining exercises to tone, align, and strengthen your body in all the right places.
WEDNESDAY
Bubble Butt Bonanza
THE ULTIMATE LOWER BODY SCULPTING WORKOUT
Focus: Glute activation, Leg strength, Core engagement.
This lower-body strength session is designed to shape, lift, and tone, targeting thighs, hamstrings, and core stability for a powerful and confident lower body.
THURSDAY
Strength With Purpose
STRENGTH, MOVEMENT & MOBILITY FOR LONGEVITY
Focus: Mindful approach to strength-training, Total body movement, Flexibility, Strength
Blending functional fitness and core stability to improve joint health, posture, and overall movement mechanics.
FRIDAY
Paul's Classic Bootcamp
STRENGTH, STAMINA & FULL-BODY CONDITIONING.
Focus: Strength, Endurance, Build lean muscle, Torch calories, Boost stamina
Expect strategic circuits, core and upper-body work, and a power- packed finisher to cap off the week.
Saturday
Sweat & Shred
TOTAL-BODY BURN- STRENGTH, AGILITY & CORE.
Focus: Combining strength, power, core control and conditioning.
Sweat & Shred is a high-energy session designed for total body transformation pushing past limits for the ultimate weekend boost.
SUNDAY - 9 AM
Peak Performance
MOBILITY, RECOVERY & PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Focus: . Recovery, Mobility, Strategic performance
The Peak Performance Circuit focuses on athletic conditioning and core activation, while Recovery & Flexibility helps you restore movement, reduce tightness, and prepare your body for another strong week ahead.
SUNDAY - 10 AM
Hatha Yoga
Focus on: This 60-minute Hatha Yoga session is designed to help you find balance, strength, and relaxation through a combination of breathwork, gentle flows, and meditation. The class begins with controlled breathing (pranayama) to center the mind, followed by a series of slow, mindful postures (asanas) to enhance flexibility, mobility, and stability. Modifications are provided, making it perfect for beginners while offering options to challenge those seeking deeper stretches. Each session ends with a guided relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and recharged.
