Paul Walker
Owner, Trainer & Founder
Paul Walker is the founder of Integrity Fitness and a leader in women’s strength training for over 25 years. Known for his no-nonsense coaching style and relentless focus on results, Paul has built a space where women transform not just their bodies—but their confidence, discipline, and mindset. His programs are rooted in science, structure, and accountability, and his leadership has helped thousands of women feel stronger in and out of the studio. Whether it’s developing elite-level training systems, mentoring his team, or using technology like 3D body scans to track real progress, Paul is all-in on one mission: helping women build strength that lasts a lifetime.
Sandra Mazzoli
Co-Owner, Trainer
With over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, Sandra harbors a deep passion for assisting women in enhancing their overall well-being and overcoming various health and fitness obstacles. Her innovative and dynamic workout sessions are meticulously crafted to enhance strength, self-assurance, and vitality at any life stage. Sandra has successfully guided countless women in achieving their fitness objectives and experiencing unparalleled vitality. A genuine role model who embodies the principles she advocates for, Sandra empowers her clients to not only excel in their physical training but also to achieve holistic success.
Scott
Trainer
Scott is one of our Master Trainers with decades of experience and a proven track record of training thousands of women through boot camp, small group, and one-on-one sessions. A specialist in strength training, Scott also brings deep expertise in active rehab and personal coaching. His workouts are high-energy, fun, and built on a blend of proven techniques. Scott is known for his sharp eye, constant encouragement, and ability to make clients laugh while pushing them to new levels. His passion, professionalism, and positivity make him a favorite in the studio.
Donald
Trainer
Donald brings nearly 20 years of experience in the fitness and martial arts industry. As a certified coach and 2nd degree BJJ Black Belt, he specializes in strength training, performance coaching, and combat sports. He has worked with hundreds of athletes and clients, guiding them to peak physical condition and confidence. Donald is also a professional MMA fighter and multiple-time champion. His disciplined, focused coaching style helps clients thrive physically and mentally.
Nick
Nick is a Kinesiology and Health Science graduate from York University, where he focused on muscle physiology, obesity, and nutrition and human disease. He completed post-graduate research at the Muscle Health Research Centre under Dr. Arthur Cheng, studying the effects of aging on skeletal muscle fatiguability, and pursued advanced coursework in muscle physiology and protein metabolism. Currently, Nick is in his third year of Osteopathic college, where he is studying to be an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner- getting to know the body’s anatomy and its natural ability to self-heal and regulate when proper structural symmetry and thus function are restored. Nick specializes in functional strength training, hypertrophy training, functional mobility and rehab training, where is he able to use his educational background to the highest degree.

She’s put in thousands of hours on the floor and now leads everything from strength training to one-on-one sessions. Athena is certified in pilates and active rehab, bringing both versatility and expertise to every session. Her true superpower? Boundless energy, positive vibes, and a gift for listening. Clients love how she shows up fully—and helps them grow every step of the way.

Michael Asiffo is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer dedicated to helping clients achieve lasting results through strength, mobility, and functional training. With a proven track record in fat loss, muscle development, and injury prevention, he designs efficient programs that challenge and empower. Michael brings energy, precision, and a passion for progress to every session—whether it’s a bootcamp, small group, or one-on-one training. His coaching style blends science, motivation, and accountability to help clients move better and feel stronger.

Ali is a Certified Personal Trainer with a specialty in kettlebell and strength training. Known for his calm, focused coaching style, Ali brings a thoughtful and creative approach to each session—emphasizing full range of motion, proper technique, and intenisty. He’s not the loudest coach in the room, but he’s always present, engaged, and committed to helping women build strength, tone up, and move better. His sessions challenge the body in new ways, combining science, structure, and variety to deliver real results.

James is a Certified Personal Trainer with years of experience and one of our most popular group strength coaches. Known for his expert eye and calm, confident style, James blends creativity with structure—delivering workouts that challenge, tone, and strengthen. Whether it’s in a group class or one-on-one session, he’s highly skilled in active rehab and helping clients recover, rebuild, and feel strong again. Easy to connect with, James brings a positive energy that keeps clients coming back.What truly sets James apart is his approachable nature—easy to connect with, quick with a smile or laugh, and always making clients feel comfortable, capable, and welcomed from day one.
Simran
Yoga Instructor
Simran is our dedicated Yoga Instructor, known for her ability to bring every client fully into the present moment—where true growth begins. Her Hatha-based classes blend gentle flows, breathwork, posture, and guided meditation, making them perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Each session is thoughtfully themed and fully prepared, creating a calm and grounded experience from start to finish.
