Online Booking



We have an online booking system for our clients to book and cancel their classes as they please. This system is user friendly, which makes it convenient for our clients. It is perfect for those who have busy and inconsistent schedules, as you can book and cancel classes from anywhere you have Internet access. We have someone at the studio to take your calls regarding the schedule from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. You can also reach us at: schedule@integrityfitness.ca.

Please note: The online booking system does help cut down errors made in scheduling, as well as balance your health and fitness with your busy lifestyle. The steps to creating your own profile are as follows: 

  • Log onto www.mindbodyonline.com
  • Click on CLIENTS, and then type in INTEGRITY FITNESS on the right side of the screen where it asks for Business Name.
  • Once the system locates our business, click on the BLUE FONT to retrieve the home page.
  • In the top right corner of the screen, you will see a link for “New Users! Sign up here!”
  • Follow the steps in this link to create your profile. Once you’ve created your profile, you will now to be able to use our online system.
  • In case you forget your password, click on “forgot your password” and the system will e-mail you your ID and password.
Please be advised of our 12-HOUR late cancellation policy. Missing scheduled appointments may result in the loss of preferred time slots. 

BOOT CAMP & CIRCUIT TRAINING DEFINITIONS

Academy I – Classic Circuit training
A circuit of high intensity aerobic (cardio), and anaerobic (resistance) training designed to be easy to follow while targeting fat loss, muscle building and heart fitness. The aerobic training will be creative and work on coordination and balance and the anaerobic will be total body.

Academy II – REAL Boot Camp
A high intensity aerobic (cardio) designed to challenge motor skills and body mechanics. Trainer will incorporate drills, anaerobic (resistance) training, and core exercises. This boot camp is designed to pump up your adrenaline and sweat off the pounds. Your goal is to finish the session.

Academy III (A) –A PBC Classic: ½ total body weight training & ½ boot camp
This class is split into two very separate segments. The first segment will feature an extraordinary thirty minute toning (resistance training) circuit, with emphasis on total body exercises. The second thirty minute segment will focus strictly on an aerobic (cardio) and core circuit designed to burn as many calories as possible and shed the fat.

Academy III (B) –Boot camp with a KICK!: ½ Cardio kickboxing & ½ boot camp
This class is split into two very separate segments. The first segment will feature an extraordinary thirty minute toning (resistance training) circuit, with emphasis on total body exercises. The second thirty minute segment will be a fast paced kickboxing workout incorporating various styles for a cardio blast and overall physical conditioning.

Academy III (C) –Burn & Firm: Runners boot camp
This class is split into two very separate segments. The first segment will feature an extraordinary thirty minute toning (resistance training) circuit, with emphasis on total body exercises. The second thirty minute segment is designed to improve your endurance, build up your stamina and make your heart pound while running on the treadmill.

Academy IV – Interval Training for intermediate to advanced trainee
Interval training is a fantastic way to supercharge your fitness, boost your metabolism, burn off that extra fat and help reach your fitness goals. Simply put, your trainer will push you to maximum intensity for a period of time, then reduce the intensity dramatically for a short rest and repeat....over.... and.....over. Studies show that you can burn 500 to 700 calories in an hour!

Academy V –Advanced Super Camp
Be on time, prepared and no chit chat. One hour of total body weight training at maximum intensity. A work-out designed to kick your *** with no fluffy cheerleading, just hard core weight training.

Hollywood North Boot Camp- Cardio & Abs
This abs and cardio circuit is a barrage of intense cardio (aerobic) and core exercises designed to rev up your metabolism! This boot camp is designed to sweat off the pounds by making your heart pound and adrenaline rise. After fifteen minutes everything burns in all the right places. We will have you coming back for more week after week!!

PBC Interactive Trainer- 'Keep It Simple & Make it burn'. Lots of instruction
A group training session with emphasis on personal training and various training principles. Designed to provide more instruction, emphasize proper form, breathing, and movement safely while exercising. Cardio will play a role in this training session to maximize intensity and get lean. The use of weights will be limited to the major muscle groups: legs, back and chest. The goal is to use as many calories as possible.

Orange County Boot Camp - ½ weight training lower body & ½ boot camp
An Abs & Lower Body Circuit (LBC). This is a barrage of resistance (anaerobic) only circuits that are designed to tone and tighten everything below the ribs and burn some major calories.

Box N' Kick
An invigorating total body and cardio workout with shadow boxing, punching, target mitts, and lots of conditioning drills. This class incorporates a series of different kick boxing styles for a challenging and fast paced workout. Expect to get the heart racing and burn up to 500 calories in an hour!

Belly Dance Fitness - Boot camp style
Dare to move your core in this fun and energizing workout. Elements of this class focus on coordination, balance, muscle toning and posture with elements of yoga for increased flexibility and body-mind-soul awareness. Belly dancing tones your abs to help you literally shimmy off the pounds!

Yoga
Aims to increase flexibility and blood flow through holding postures and controlled breathing techniques. Relax and unwind as you become inspired and challenged with dynamic flowing standing and floor sequences that takes the spine, hips, and shoulders through full range of motion while integrating strength and stability.

Kangoo Jumps
This is a low-impact, cardio-based fitness class that gives you a full body workout with a level 10 fun factor! Kanjoo Jumps use low impact rebound sports shoes which help in reducing any high impact on your joints to give you a super "Kangoo high" endorphin rush. PBC will have you jumping, skipping, jogging, dancing and kicking your way to a better body in no time!
