Online Booking
We have an online booking system for our clients to book and cancel their classes as they please. This system is user friendly, which makes it convenient for our clients. It is perfect for those who have busy and inconsistent schedules, as you can book and cancel classes from anywhere you have Internet access. We have someone at the studio to take your calls regarding the schedule from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. You can also reach us at:

Please note: The online booking system does help cut down errors made in scheduling, as well as balance your health and fitness with your busy lifestyle. The steps to creating your own profile are as follows:
- Log onto www.mindbodyonline.com
- Click on CLIENTS, and then type in INTEGRITY FITNESS on the right side of the screen where it asks for Business Name.
- Once the system locates our business, click on the BLUE FONT to retrieve the home page.
- In the top right corner of the screen, you will see a link for “New Users! Sign up here!”
- Follow the steps in this link to create your profile. Once you’ve created your profile, you will now to be able to use our online system.
- In case you forget your password, click on “forgot your password” and the system will e-mail you your ID and password.
Please be advised of our 12-HOUR late cancellation policy. Missing scheduled appointments may result in the loss of preferred time slots.
BOOT CAMP & CIRCUIT TRAINING DEFINITIONS
3-2-1 Boot Camp Monday and Sunday
This is a great weight loss training day that you cannot miss. If weight loss is your priority get these two days into your schedule! Your work-out will entail 3 parts cardio (50%), 2 parts weighted circuit(33%) and 1 part Abs/core (17%).

3-2-1 Boot Camp Wednesday
We plan a great toning circuit with just enough cardio to keep the heart rate high and burn more calories! This is a great training day for toning. We will plan a work-out that is 3 parts weight circuit (50%), 2 parts cardio (33%) and 1 part Abs/core (17%).

Academy I – Classic Circuit Training
A circuit of high intensity aerobic (cardio), and anaerobic (resistance) training designed to be easily followed while targeting fat loss, muscle building and heart fitness. The aerobic (cardio) training will be creative and will work on coordination and balance. The anaerobic (resistance) will be total body.

Classic Boot Camp - ½ weights training ½ cardio training
A PBC trainer(s) will split this boot camp into two very separate sections. One segment will feature a PBC trainer making an extraordinary thirty minutes, exclusively focusing on a toning circuit (resistance training), with emphasis on total body exercises. The second segment will have a PBC trainer take a full thirty minutes for aerobic (cardio) and core circuit designed to burn as many calories as possible, and to shed that much fat.

Kickboxing
Hardcore training that will challenge your agility skills, hand and feet coordination, and muscle endurance. This is not a fluffy jab/jab/cross program; it is intense training that will push you. You will be striking with both hands and feet. There is no opponent wrestling or sparring* Boxing Gloves are mandatory- please bring your own if you can. We do have “club” gloves here.

Bubble Butt Work-out
OUR SPECIALTY! Nobody does it better!– A 55 minutes work-out of thigh toning exercises and butt lifting training movements. We will blend in some hard flashes of cardio to reduce fat with some abs exercise to flatten the belly. Eight weeks of this and your Lululemons will have never looked better! This class is will change your lower body!

Boot Camp THURSDAYS
Another PBC Specialty! A “moving” circuit. A compilation of exercises that will keep you moving up, down, over and side-to-side. Each week new work-outs are built to never repeat themselves twice. Extraordinary Circuits full of Function & Power

Beach Body Work-out
An Abs & Lower Body Circuit (LBC). This is a barrage of resistance (anaerobic) only circuits that are designed to tone and tighten everything below the ribs and burn some major calories.
This will be a fantastic way to supercharge your fitness, boost your metabolism, burn off that extra fat and start reaching those goals that you have set for yourself.

New Power Circuits
To develop true toning and that “fit” look once close to weight loss goal. Weights and strength training are vital. Our power circuits are cardio free with weight training sessions that are strenuous and demanding. Challenging does not fully describe the mental fortitude required to finish this session.

PBC Cross- X Training
To Your trainer will build a work-out that combines strength and conditioning program. You will be challenges with a variety of high intensity, functional movement exercises. Your workouts will be short and intense, demanding all-out physical exertion. Weights and strength training are vital during this work-out.
