Single session - boot camp rate: $18 per session
10 Sessions - $14.90 per session
24 Sessions - $14.40 per session
36 Sessions - $13.50 per session

Online Booking
We have an online booking system for you to schedule and cancel your classes as you go along. This system is user-friendly, making it convenient for those who have irregular schedules. For clients who do have regular schedules, we can pre-register you for classes in advance so you don’t have to worry about booking your schedule weekly. We have someone at the studio to take your calls regarding the schedule from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. You can also reach us at:

Please note: The online booking system does help cut down errors made in scheduling, as well as balance your health and fitness with your busy lifestyle. The steps to creating your own profile are as follows:
- Log onto www.mindbodyonline.com
- Click on CLIENTS, and then type in INTEGRITY FITNESS on the right side of the screen where it asks for Business Name.
- Once the system locates our business, click on the BLUE FONT to retrieve the home page.
- In the top right corner of the screen, you will see a link for “New Users! Sign up here!”
- Follow the steps in this link to create your profile. Once you’ve created your profile, you will now to be able to use our online system.
- In case you forget your password, click on “forgot your password” and the system will e-mail you your ID and password.
Please be advised of our 12-HOUR late cancellation policy. Missing scheduled appointments may result in the loss of preferred time slots.
WHAT DO ALL THESE NEW CIRCUITS & BOOT CAMPS MEAN?
OMG It Burns- Advanced Trainee - This is an intermediate to advanced boot camp/circuit. The pace is quick, the rest is short, and the intensity is high to extreme. The sessions will push you to your absolute max. Expect to have anything and everything thrown at you. We use only our master trainers for this program. 100% effort is required in and out of the studio. Talking and no- shows, will not be tolerated. Results are expected. Balance, coordination, strength and endurance will be tested . Safety first- do not participate in this camp to challenge an ego. Consult your physician. Clients with strains and injuries excluded.

Academy I - A circuit of high intensity aerobic (cardio), and anaerobic (resistance) training designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss, muscle building and heart fitness. The aerobic (cardio) training will be creative and will work on coordination and balance. The anaerobic (resistance) will be on total body.

Academy II - Boot Camp - A high intensity aerobic (cardio) designed to challenge motor skills and body mechanics. Trainer will incorporate drills, anaerobic (resistance) training, and core exercises. This boot camp is designed to make the heart pound, your adrenaline rise and sweat off the pounds. After fifteen minutes everything burns in all the right places. Your goal is to finish the session.

Academy III – Classic Camp - A PBC trainer(s) split this boot camp into two very separate sections. One segment will have a PBC trainer make an extraordinary thirty minutes toning (resistance training) only circuit, with emphasis on total body exercises. The second segment will have a PBC trainer take a full thirty minutes aerobic (cardio) and core circuit designed to burn as many calories as possible to shed as much fat as possible.

Academy IV – Extreme Camp for intermediate to advanced trainee - A series of plyometric movements will be utilized to maximize results in the lower body. Intense core strength training will challenge even the most advanced trainee. The pace is quick, the rest is short, and the intensity is high. Safety first- do not participate in this camp to challenge an ego. Consult your physician.

Orange County Boot Camp - An Abs & Lower Body Circuit (LBC). This is a barrage of resistance (anaerobic) only circuits that are designed to tone and tighten everything below the ribs and burn some major calories.

Hollywood North Boot Camp - An Abs & Cardio Circuit. This is a barrage of intense cardio (aerobic) movements and exercises designed rev up your metabolism! This boot camp is designed to make the heart pound, your adrenaline rise and sweat off the pounds. After fifteen minutes everything burns in all the right places. Your goal is to finish the session. We will have you coming back for more week after week!!

PBC Interactive Trainer - A group training session with emphasis on personal training. Each professional PBC trainer will put equal effort on teaching and creativity. PBC Interactive Trainer sessions are designed to provide more instruction, and emphasize proper form, breathing, and movement safely while exercising. The goal of the session is to use as many calories as possible, so cardio will be used to maximize intensity and get lean. The use of weights will be limited to the major muscle groups of the body: legs, back and chest. The trainer will now use a greater variety of training principles and exercises. The motto of interactive training is, ‘Keep It Simple & Make it Burn!”.

PBC Outdoor Bootcamp - Our signature and famous outdoor bootcamp at Boyd Conservation uses Mother Nature to design the best bootcamp experience. This program will whip your butt and get anybody lean and tight fast. A high intensity aerobic (cardio) program using the landscape of the park, bosu balls, medicine balls, kettle bells, stability balls, resistance tubes, dumbbells and lots of loud music. Tough, tough, tough.

Extreme Outdoor Boot camp - Our signature and famous outdoor bootcamp at Boyd Conservation uses Mother Nature to design the best bootcamp experience period. Extreme Outdoor Bootcamp will have trainees get a little dirty and sweat hard. A PBC trainer will use a variety of training principles like interval training, cross training, plyometrics, and some circuits. This program is limited to experienced and healthy trainees with no injuries. Bosu balls, medicine balls, Kettle bells, stability balls, resistance tubes, dumbbells and lots of loud music will surely all be there. Tough, tough, tough.

PBC Outdoor Off Road Bootcamp - Jason Lim will bring his personal military based training to Boyd Park and customize it for you! You will learn to run and use Boyd Park’s terrain as our obstacle course. This class is session is for healthy pain free clients only. It’ll be tough but it’ll work at getting your fat burning and heart rate pumping! You will get a little grubby.
