Rules & Regulations
Training attireWe recommend the usual athletic garb; running shoes, shorts or athletic pants and a t-shirt(look for dry-fit or moisture wicking material that will keep you dry despite sweating). A dry top to change into for the drive home feels good and warm.Running/athletic shoes – very important. Please purchase a pair of shoes that are made for fitness training, provide arch support, and are not too tight. Running/athletic shoes provide the feet with support and complement the activities for which you will be using them. Please do not use a walking pair, or an old pair from the closet as they will make you feel very uncomfortable. InjuriesEverybody will be required to fill-out a Par-Q. If you answer yes to any questions, we ask that you consult your physician prior to joining. In general, we recommend that all of our clients speak to their physicians prior to training. We will refuse any members who have injuries that can be aggravated by the training. There will be running and jumping. Injuries will prevent you from participating in most exercises, as well as keeping up with the group. To all members of Integrity Fitness:The following are rules and protocols that must be met by all members of Integrity Fitness. There will be absolutely NO exceptions to any of these rules. 1. Punctuality: It is imperative that everyone shows up to his/her scheduled session on time. It is unfair for other parties in your session to have to wait to begin, so please arrive at least five minutes before your session. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be permitted to train at the boot camp. These clients will miss the warm-up and will be at high risk of sustaining an injury if they just jump into the boot camp training. If you do arrive late (less than 10 minutes), you will be asked to wait until the trainer has the opportunity to include you without disrupting the session. 2. Cancellation: Choose your times when you register/join. These times are guaranteed until you change them or your sessions expire. You have the option of changing your time if another is available. If another spot is not available, you will be put on a waiting list. You must have sessions purchased before we are able to reserve any spots for you. You may also cancel with 12 hours notice and move to another day if a time is available. We request that if you are not renewing your sessions, please let us know a week ahead of time so we can offer it to the next person on the waiting list. Holidays and vacation times need to be communicated in advance. Missing more than 14 calendar days will result in the loss of your spot. 3. Attendance: It is imperative that you attend only your scheduled session(s). Clients not on the schedule may be refused training if the capacity has been met. Your scheduled times and dates are reserved for you and no one else. You can not show up to any class and expect to participate. 4. Scheduling/Cancellations: Changes to be addressed to schedule@integrityfitness.com and/or by phone at 905.851.7722. These rules are only designed to improve our boot camp classes and make them more efficient and enjoyable for everyone. I thank you in advance for your co-operation. See you all there! Paul Walker |
