Beginner F.A.Q.

How do I start and who can I talk to?

All trials and new clients will be directed to pre-book-in classes through or with our Sales Manager, Angie Ancona. We require a 15 minute orientation to welcome clients into our club and inquire about their current health, injuries and fitness level.

What Classes Should I take?

We highly recommend the Academy I or PBC Interactive Trainer sessions to be done on your first visit. Check out our schedule to see when these classes are available.

How Do I sign up for a class?

All new client will be given a complete review of the studio schedule, how to book, guidelines and services available to them at this time. Initial assessments will be booked through this orientation.

What if I’m not ready for boot camp

Do our “Get Started Right” Program. Trainer privately with one of all star trainers and they will show you how to proper breathing techniques, form and how to stretch. Maximize your results!
