Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology Certified Personal Trainer Fitness and Lifestyle Management Diploma – George Brown College
Andrea has been a certified trainer under the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology for over 2 years. She has completed a degree at George Brown College in the Fitness and Lifestyle Management Program and is currently attending the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She loves to focus her training on sports related activities, weight toning and cardiovascular endurance. The atmosphere of Paul’s Boot Camp, including the clients, trainers and staff members is the most rewarding aspect of being a trainer. Hardworking and dedicated clients make Andrea’s time here enjoyable. She is constantly designing new variations of fun and challenging classes for her clients. Andrea keeps herself fit and leads a healthy lifestyle.
Advice for new clients: “Set a goal for yourself, one for every week or month and one as your target goal in a few months or a year time…better success rates have been achieved when smaller, realistic goals have been made.”
Master Trainers
The Master trainer has a background of 5,000 certified professional hours of service. This is equivalent to three years of boot camp service. Educated and successful role models, these master trainers specialize in the field of boot camps. To ensure that this Master of Boot Camp is truly a successful leader, each trainer must have produced 10 successful clients and a registered PBC Star client.
PBC Certified TRainers
This master apprentice of the boot camp must have at least one year of professional service. As a motivational role model, Certified Boot Camp Trainers help you with healthy choices and maximal fitness guidance, while ensuring that your exercise program is a no-plateau zone.
